Do you have a location in Split, CROATIA?
In Split, we operate through delivery and pick-up services, so we can bring the bikes to you and collect them at a convenient location.
If you prefer to collect the bikes yourself, you can do so at our location in Podstrana (Ulica kralja Zvonimira 32, Podstrana).
What is included in the bike rental price?
The rental price includes a bicycle helmet, bottle holder, lights, lock, pump, and a repair spray.
Do you offer half-day or hourly rentals?
We do not offer half-day or hourly rentals. All rentals are charged at a full-day rate.
You’re free to use the bike for as long as you like during the opening hours, but the price remains the same.
Do you offer discounts on bike rentals?
Yes, we do offer discounts depending on the rental duration and the number of bikes. Longer rentals and larger groups can get a better price.
What are your delivery and pick-up opening hours?
Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Delivery and pick-up are arranged in advance and take place within our opening hours at an agreed location. Return outside of opening hours can also be arranged in advance, depending on availability.
On special request, early delivery (for example the evening before your rental starts) can be arranged, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: bikes must be brought to the pick-up location at the agreed time on the final day of your reservation, unless otherwise agreed. A €20 late fee will apply for delays.
Is delivery or pick-up included and how does it work?
Delivery and pick-up are not included in the rental price. They are charged separately depending on your location within the Split and Podstrana area, and the price may vary based on the number of bikes.
Delivery and pick-up are arranged in advance and take place within our opening hours. You can also choose only delivery or only pick-up — for example, we can deliver the bikes to you and you return them yourself to our location, or you can collect the bikes from our location and later we can pick them up an agreed location.
Since we deliver and pick up larger orders using a trailer, we may not be able to access very narrow or hard-to-reach streets, so we usually arrange a convenient nearby meeting point.
What happens if I get a flat tire or have a problem with the bike?
In case of a flat tire, don’t worry. Upon rental, you receive a pump and a repair foam spray, which can be used to fix most minor punctures so you can continue your ride.
If it’s a more serious issue, a service call-out is available at an additional cost. In that case, we’ll come to you and bring a replacement bike so you can keep riding without interruption.
Which way around are the brakes?
All of our rental bikes use the European brake setup: the left lever controls the front brake, and the right lever controls the rear brake.
Please note that it’s not possible to swap or change the brake configuration.
